FFC Survey: PFA 2UP Fans Players Awards

We've teamed up with the PFA 2UP Fans Player Awards, the only official awards of the Professional Footballers' Association that are voted for by the fans.

Every month of the football season, 4 fans randomly selected from the divisional winners will:

• Present The PFA 2UP Fans' Award to their player
• Receive an official signed photo by the player
• Two hospitality tickets to the game

There will also be runner-up prizes of limited edition PFA centenary books and PFA keyrings....
